I just started to use ldap on these machines and it doesn't work. So I
don't know if I had this file missing in the past or not. The lack of
this file is what is killing the QUSRDIR job. Saw an apar about this and
it talked about getting some Tivoli fix. Which may sound offbeat to some
of you but what i5/os calls STRTCPSVR *DIRSVR iNav calls "IBM Tivoli
Directory Server for i5/OS".
