I believe I encountered a similar problem at an account, and there was a PTF
that fixed it. While you didn't tell us what type of Save this was, so I
don't know if similar. If this is part of SAV during a GO SAVE 21, there is
some IBMHELP jobs that weren't ending, thereby locking objects in the IFS.
There is a PTF fix for this.

Since upgrading to V6.1, in our overnight save we keep encountering
CPF3837 in testing the backup. I added a MONMSG MSG(CPF3837) for it,
but it still comes up. Do I need to do more than just add the MONMSG?
I would love to avoid getting up at 2:00 AM to type "I" to ignore the
message every night!!
