Presumably back level QUSRSYS, then /installed/ the QUSRSYS.? Anyhow...

If the QUSRSYS library became *BACKLEVEL by restoring the saved v5r4 QUSRSYS library into an empty [i.e. not yet installed] v6r1 QUSRSYS, then if there was user data in a "HOST table file" in the saved v5r4 QUSRSYS library, the install of the v6r1 QUSRSYS should have converted the user data into the v6r1 equivalent. If instead the *BACKLEVEL effect was achieved by restoring the saved v5r4 QUSRSYS over the installed v6r1 QUSRSYS using the ALWOBJDIF(*ALL), then that usage error could cause unpredictable results for both that and various other user data [files].
