FWiW: The Web400 list recorded the same issue; no feedback from the OP for the replies. The messages are not properly threaded in the archive, but each has the noted property and relative path & file name, and are searchable along with the quoted message with:
http://www.google.com/search?q="startup.lwiAssignUserID"+"conf/i5OSStartup.properties"&filter=0
