Not the way I read the original request...
"What I want is (by using the component item and the warehouse id) to pull
in the FINISHED ITEM that is most often associated with a component item"

I read "most often associated" as needing to count the grouping of
component item/finished item then pick the max value.

But I do agree that my answer is not complete by itself and the OP
will have to build upon it or provide more details.
