I believe someone already offered a sample program. But they discuss this
in the redbook about ANZOBJCVN. Basically you gen a list of libraries and
submit a separate job for each library to do it's own STROBJCVN. And you
tell the job queue you submitted it to to run as many jobs as your
processor can handle. Do NOT submit these to QBATCH job queue. A
different job queue will allow you to throttle it up and down as needed
and not affect other jobs already relying upon QBATCH.
