One of the errors is:

An error occurred during the move data process: -115.
BASE
Component:Base/Base/TBL

Another is:

Setup:
Component Required Programs failed to install properly with error
code -115 Setup did not finish successfully.

The following link is a Google search on:
"-115" "error code" "move data" ibm OR iseries OR inav
http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&q=%22-115%22+%22error+code%22+%22move+data%22+ibm+OR+iseries+OR+inav

The first link presented claims a corrective action, for a problem with a near identical description [same component & file group; as well matching text for the other message], its origins with the "simple file sharing" feature enabled:
http://forums.systeminetwork.com/isnetforums/showthread.php?t=47319

Although nothing to do with iNav, the second link presented describes another install process for which its failure had been attributed to one of the following features enabled wherein the preventive was to disable the feature prior to installing the product:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2320&context=SSVSD&uid=swg27011956
The list of features to disable, from that document:
- Disable write caching on your hard drive
- Disable Google Desktop
- Disable anti-virus software
