Check out tn5250j... java based 5250 emulation. Runs on anything.

As for the rest... V6R1... SDN4i: Systems Director Navigator for i5 OS (IBM's name, which is why I call it SDN4i)

Also, in 7.1, the SDN4i includes a 5250 emulator now.
