Although the system value is QASTLVL, that affects all user profiles
that specify *SYSVAL for the ASTLVL parm.

If you want just -your- user profile to use *INTERMED or *ADVANCED, you
can change your own user profile's value for ASTLVL; options are the
same as for system value QASTLVL.
