Are there any issues with OVRDBF and RUNSQLSTM?

I'm using the same runsqlstm command on several files with the same name.

If i issue ovrdbf myfile tofile(mylib/myfile) then runsqlstm, it crashes with sql0204. myfile is not in any of the libraries I have on line. If I copy myfile to the current library, I can see that this file is used by runsqlstm and the overrides are ignored. Another program that acts similarly works fine. It has been suggested that there is a bug.
