DSPJRN JRN(MYLIB/MYJOURNAL) FROMTIME(03292010) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(MYLIB/MYDBFILE)

Will cause all of the entries written into that journal on March 29th, 2010 to be written to the database file "MYDBFILE"
