TAATOOLS has a great tool for doing this, CRTDBFJRN. Writes the journal
data and database data to a PF that you can query.

What is the correct way of getting journal data in PF, for example DBU
utility DBUJRN gets data in DBUJRNPF file, i would like to do some thing
similar
