Under the profile for the partition, under Tagged I/O you have the HMC
defined as the console? You could do a 65+21 from the HMC for the partition
to see what console the partition is expecting.

Subject: Power6 560 1st IBM i partition cannot find console
I am setting up an IBM I partition on a Power 6 560. We have 11 Aix
partitions running on the system with an HMC. I have gone through the
configuration and chose the HMC as the console but am getting the A6005008
error. Any ideas on getting the system to find the console on the Load of
the i-Base-01 disk.
