Hello Tomasz,
As a general statement I would go Web Application or email based instead
of device specific for your development.
We have a new Mobile Application Framework product which allows you to
use the email client in the mobile device to accomplish your ERP and
other application integration.
The beauty of this is that you don't have to write device specific
applications and can use text or HTML for data formatting.
Users make requests from their mobile mail clients and responses are
received via the email client.
You can build plugins to tie into any database, iSeries specific things
you can do are read/write DB, call RPG, CL or COBOL programs to format
responses, call web services and more.
If you would like a link to our product presentation, feel free to email
me directly or contact our sales team.
Regards,
Richard Schoen
