I searched the IBM Series i Support site for "MCH2601 SQL0901"
(without the double quotes) and got one hit. Unfortunately, it
requires PartnerWorld access, and it may be a few days before I
can get the required company token to be able to add myself to
the company profile. (If anyone reading this has PartnerWorld
access and can send me the content from the result link, I would
be greatly appreciative.)

Since the problem encountered in this scenario is for SQL INSERT
as part of validating a query Access Plan, I expect the technical
document which addresses the topic "Stored Procedure Calls Result in
messages MCH2601 and SQL0901" would have little if any value.
As suggested by the error msgCPF4204, the appropriate response
"If the problem continues" would be to "report the problem (ANZPRB
command)" as a probable defect for the failing operation in the OS
database query engine code.
My response to the message in the RPG list suggests a method that
can be used to determine the object type via the pointer data since
the object name is not manifest in the joblog per the value "&1"
appearing instead.
