If I understand the problem, the file did not get restored, so it does not
exist to do a DSPFD on.

The most probable cause is the logicals were in a different library than the
physical, and that library was restored before the library containing the
physical file.

If you can locate the source (and think it is correct), that should be good.
Otherwise, I think if you try to restore only those files again, they should
restore properly (if the problem was what I think it was).
