Thanks Scott,

I've taken your advice and downloaded HTTPAPI, and will invest time in that first of all.

I hadn't realized that IWS enabled communication in both directions, which was why it seemed a bit confusing to me. All the references I had seen were for providing and not consuming.

PHP is out of the question because it's a bridge too far for my employer.

Hopefully I'll have some success with HTTPAPI and then I can have a go replicating the function with IWS.
