attribute is CLE? I see software companies that will charge for it
but I'm looking for a no cost way to accomplish this.

Just to make sure you understand: CLE is ILE C. This is not to be confused with CLLE (ILE CL)

Sorry, I think you're out of luck. Even if you /were/ willing to spend a lot of money on a product, I'm not aware of any products that will do this.

You either need the source code (duh) or you need the module(s) to have been compiled with DBGVIEW(*LIST) (or higher) so that the source is embedded in the object itself. If not, I don't see how you're going to decompile it.
