Thanks everyone for your help. I was able to download the *.iso files,
ftp them up to the system, do the
ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(...) FROMFILE('/FIXES/mydir/myfile.iso')
TOFILE(*FROMFILE)
LODIMGCLG IMGCLG(...) DEV(OPTVRT01)
and it worked great.
