RE: Error CPA3DE1 during OS upgrade

I retract this statement. It appears they were PTF'ed into V5R1 to do
an OS/400 upgrade initially.
PTFs via an image catalog came with V5R2.

I found PTF SI03125 on an old V5R1 server here provided the CRTIMGCLG
and similar image catalog commands.

I believe image catalogs came out in V5R2 for installing PTFs initially.

There were additional PTFs for V5R2 that allowed them to be used for an
OS/400 upgrade.
Those PTFs are included on the "Prepare for Install PTFs" CD that comes
with V5R3 and V5R4 orders.

Image catalogs don't exist on V5R1.
