Definitely. Over the last few years I have been very pleased with their
support.
I just can't understand a company who uses 20 software tiers with a new
one every year (slight exageration), who won't let you transfer a system
license to an lpar, who charges you a very granular tier price as well
as per lpar charges, who charges you for the total system with no
regards to IBM i licensing (combine AIX and Linux on the same system and
see what you get), and a few other transgressions that I'm forgetting.
I've done two major system upgrades in the last three years. In both
cases my increase in Help Systems licensing and maintenance increased
far more than my system CPW increases. In my last situation I even
consolidated servers - to increased charges.
Good products. Great service. But I'm dropping Help Systems products
when ever I have an opportunity. Worst licensing model in the business.

Michael--
Help Systems may be expensive (I don't pay the bills around here...) but
you can call them on the phone and talk to someone who knows the product
and can answer questions-- without them telling you to Read The Fine
Manual!
