Although I have not used the commad in a long time, some uses
(other than OPNQRYF, which you should try to avoid) come to mind:
* Use the command to point to another file member other than *FIRST.
* Tell your program that your file is in another library,
even if that library is not in the library list. For example,
you could specify OVRDBF
FILE(OLDFILE) TOFILE(NEWLIB/NEWFILE), and your program would
use NEWLIB/NEWFILE.
