No. Citrix offers an extension for Microsoft's RD Session Hosts
(formerly known as Terminal Server), that allow the use of ICA instead
of RDP and a few more nifty management tools. RDP and ICA sessions can
be accessed by clients - either a thin client or a software
application running on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Blackberry, iPhone,
or whatever.

Microsoft's Multipoint servers allows you to plug multiple screens and
keyboards into a computer and have each screen and keyboard paired to
a virtual session on that computer. No need for a thin client.
