RE: High CPU and high DASD

Depending on which PTFs you have installed, and which applications
you're running, there were some PTFs to fix 'memory leaks--' I don't
recall if it nibbled away at disk space or just 'memory,' but memory on
an iSeries will spill onto disk as things get paged around.

I used to leave IBM for a last resort, but with the increased pace of
life these days, I call them sooner rather than later. Yes, it's more
fun to figure out a problem for yourself, but it takes so darned LONG!
Especially if a PTF will fix the problem!
