RE: Fix central and installing PTF via option 8 from GO PTF

You can load and install them individually-- LODPTF allows you to
specify where the PTF comes from, and *SAVF is one option. You have to
list them save file by save file. APYPTF will then either apply the
PTFs immediately or set them to apply at the next IPL. But there's no
easy way to LOD them.

LODPTF does have a *SERVICE option, but I suspect that this requires the
download from Fix Central to update a ?table? listing the PTFs that are
now available.
