WRKLPR? Can you tell me what it's supposed to do at least?

I have the MC Resource CD open in front of me but these are older versions
of PDF files that Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.2 cannot read.

However...if you can tell me what the purpose of the program is, I can maybe
figure it out from the name of the PDF which is the original article with
the code in it.
