One problem you will have is with your definition of "huge", there is a limit to what the STRPCCMD will accept for the PCCMD parm.

To overcome that limit you should look at another means of passing the parameter data.

as for getting the "mailto:" to work I think this is correct:

"rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler mailto:name@xxxxxxxxxxx"
