Yeah, I read that article. And the comments. And I read this one:

In that one the second tier creditors will probably hear a final ruling in March, but that they'll probably get 15 cents on the dollar.

The majority of the other articles on the net are simply aggregations of one of these three.

None of them say anything about "well into coming out of it". Once again, it's a pre-pack Chapter 11 announced on Tuesday that should make it through the courts in the next 30-45 days, depending on who you listen to. From what I can read, they're really unloading debt pertaining to their printed magazines with an eye towards digital publishing, but we'll have to wait and see what that means.
