I have made available a set of file utilities that I believe the
community may find useful. Entitled FUtil, the main component is VUE.
This is similar in function to the well known WRKDBF.
This and other tools are all available free of charge and open source
under the GPLv2 licence. All distributed in source form and should
compile up on most operating systems from V4R5 onwards.
FUtil has been in development for over 20 years and now I believe has
got to a point where the community will find it useful.
There's still some way to go and there's nothing in the way of
documentation (yet), I offer best endeavour support and invite
suggestions on the forum I've set up.
