Those are IBM provided monitors that started showing up with V5R4. The
monitors are watching for specific events (messages, LIC entries, etc) and
if they occur can be used to collect information that might aid IBM in
problem determination. The number of monitors that you see on your system
can vary over time as IBM can add/remove monitor definitions when you
connect for electronic customer service.

They don't do any processing unless the watched for condition occurs so, in
general, you shouldn't worry about them. If they really bother you, and you
don't mind that IBM problem determination in the case of a system problem
may not be optimal, you can turn them off with system value QSFWERRLOG and
*NOLOG.
