You're comparing apples to oranges here - the x3650 M2 is a
two-socket, 8 core machine, the Power 750 is a four socket, 32 core
machine. You'd need to compare it against x3850 M3/x3950 M3. The Power
520 8203-E4A is a one-socket, one core machine, and can thus be
compared to any laptop ;)
