I see it, ironically in the link Jack gave me. Now I just need to cross-reference that to the MI source that's got the existing call to QDBRTVFD.

The V2R3 API manual (which I still use, even though I'm now writing to V4, because it's the one I have in hardcopy) is really the pits when it comes to that one API. Doesn't say squat about the structures; just refers you to a source member in QUSRTOOL.
