If you've already had Vision generate your keys, the entitlement wizard just
downloads the keys from the web site - it doesn't actually create the keys.
If you're still concerned you can download the keys to your PC in advance
and load them from there.

At some point in the recent past, you should've provided S/N, processor
group and feature code to Vision in order to have the keys generated. This
would've been in an e-mail to entitlementinfo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I think
I did this in response to a Vision e-mail.

Hi Folks, so, the upgrade guide tells me that during the ugrade I'm
suppossed to get my keys via the entitlement wizard...that's not good for me
as I'm doing the upgrade on the weekend and it might b/tough getting the
right support at that time.

So, you folks are tellin me that I can get temp keys for V6 prior to the
upgrade?

Who do I contact for that? Rose Bentley perhaps?

Thanks

Don't bother with their web site. I think they have someone run the
erial numbers through some internet language translator and then
ranslate them back - and you know that isn't going to work. They had it
ll screwed up. And then they kept emailing me back and forth with
veryone they knew in the CC just to CYA. A few phone calls later, more
mails, more phone calls, and I finally got some temp keys.
