Rob,

I'm on FF 3.5.5. When I go to Fix Central, I don't even get the panel for User Id / Password. I.e., it goes straight to the "Select one from column A," etc. I suppose it's reading the cookie that was set during another session.

That said, I do remember a similar issue sometime last year. Just can't remember if it was Fix Central or another IBM site requiring the User Id / Password. So it seems to be a bit erratic. I certainly don't recall doing anything other than, as you did, checking the cookie settings.

I ordered V5R4's latest cume and groups earlier this year using FF.

Subject: Problems using Firefox (ff) when using Fix Central

I am using Fix Central to order ptf's. Works fine in Internet Explorer
but not in Firefox. When it tries to pop up the screen asking me for my
userid and password I am getting:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this
address in a way that will never complete.

FF is version 3.5.7. I have "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept
third-party cookies" checked.
