No, what i want IBM to do is ship systems with a Unicode configuration
by default, make sure that everything that uses EBCDIC has stamped
LEGACY all over it in red blinking letters on yellow background.

Remember, systems still ship with CCSID 65535 by default. Many systems
in English speaking countries with no special characters like ÃÃÃ are
left at CCSID 65535 because their admins don't know any better.
