After you've run
STRASPBAL *ENDALC ...
STRASPBAL *MOVDTA
Do not try to run
STRASPBAL *USAGE or
STRASPBAL *HSM
(even with the requisite TRCASPBAL)
before physically removing the drives you deallocated. Otherwise it will
start using them again. I tried. I even ran another *MOVDTA and another
TRCASPBAL and a STRASPBAL *USAGE and it started using some of deallocated
drives. Therefore, repeatable.
