I should hope that there wouldn't be any charge for them. To charge
the do-not-call list would discourage honest telemarketers frommaking

Of course, none of that seems to stop ITT Technical Institute from
phone-spamming somebody named Brandy on my do-not-call-registered
cellular phone. And I've filed a complaint against them.
