Damnedest thing: the format level on the DSPPGMREF on the development
box didn't match the one on the production box. Even though I'd been
sending it over with a SNDOBJRSF every time I recompiled.

I finally deleted it on the production box, and sent it over again.
Works fine now.

Probably another reason why we use a homegrown FTP-based transfer
utility on our own boxes, instead of RSF.

You might find my CHKLVLCHK utility of some use for finding these
issues ahead of running the program. It just automates what you did
manually, comparing the format level expected by the program with that
of the referenced file found in the library list. Info & source
