The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You'd need DTAAUT(*RX) rather than just *R.
FWIW...
*R allows them to get a list of filenames in the directory.
*X allows them to use the directory name as part of a pathname.
Also, changing the directory itself to DTAAUT(*R) won't prevent someone
from writing to files in that directory (or subdirectories) if those
files already exist. So you'd want to change the permissions to *R for
all files within the directory, and *RX for all subdirectories within
the directory.
