your own!! You might try changing your job and see what happens. Or
change the CCSID in your user profile - that's where it comes from for
the job. Until the system value is changed - *SYSVAL is the default in
your user profile, I think.

Yes, change jobs first. Then they can't fire you if it doesn't work. :)
