I think the value of the WAIT parm is incorrect. It can be 0 or an
integer between 30 and 32767.

I use WAIT(1) on this command frequently, so you're OK there.

Any chance we can see the joblog, particularly with LOGCLPGM(*YES) set? (Of
course, for this to be meaningful, the program should be compiled with an
appropriate logging option.)
