Is this normal for a prestart job as user faced problem while executing the
query .

Job 701969/QUSER/QSQSRVR started on 12/09/09 at 13:35:43 in subsystem
QSYSWRK in QSYS. Job entered system on 12/09/09 at 13:35:43.
Prestart job ending due to maximum use.
Job 701969/QUSER/QSQSRVR ended on 12/09/09 at 13:36:42; 1 seconds used; end
code 10 .

Main job which is running in the QCMN subsystem intiates this PJ jobs
(QSQSRVR) whenever user wants to execute the SQL queries.

User wanted to update a Table but was not getting any results. Can the above
message may cause the query job to just end.As far as i understand Prestart
Job will end after one use ( MAx use =1) and new one will create. But then i
do not get why this PJ started and ended doing nothing.
