I personally would never place an object like journal receivers in
QUSRSYS either. There is such a mix of things in there and, remembering
back to CISC to RISC days, I would avoid QUSRSYS whenever possible.
What's wrong with creating a library specifically for your receivers, if
you are already sequestering them from other libraries for some reason?
