RE: Jobd - Last used date

I use that date as a reference and review if program is needed by user/department that would run it. Sometimes a program is only run quarterly or even yearly. If a compile has been done, then the fields would be blank until they run the program.

I'm doing some system cleanup. If the last used date is equal zero, is it safe to assume the object is not needed? Is there any type of process that would need the object to exist, yet would never update the last used date or number of days used?
