p.s. I was really hoping Lukas or somebody else had typed up a "best
practice for apply PTFs" on the wiki.midrange.com site, but I didn't see
anything there other than documentation about PTF levels. Does anybody know
if such a page exists elseware?

I did a download immediate but don't know where it downloaded to. I looked
in the temp folder on my C drive but don't see them there. I was hoping the
subsequent links they provided would guide me, but they ask a whole bunch of
questions that I don't know the answer to. For example, did I download
fixes received as save files or ISO images of CD's?
