RE: can't rm files from /qdls -- MIDRANGE-L

Here are some files in /qdls that I can remove with the rm command or
using ftp. I have *allusr authority.

I get this error:

rm: 0653-609 Cannot remove SUBTLA.FRM.
System call error number 3500.

1) What is *ALLUSR authority?

2) You need permission to write to the directory if you want to remove
files. Check permissions via "ls -ld /qdls" from qsh terminal.
