Thanks but that directory is empty.

Why did I recommend that directory? Well, cleaning it out on one of my
systems freed up 30% of disk space. Granted, not our 5TB system but still
a significant amount anyway. Also, Jeff Crosby freed up 18% on his system
by cleaning that out.

David's right, and I know you're on this list so I forwarded it on to
here.

The next step is run the command
RTVDIRINF DIR('/')
in batch. The PRTDIRINF report is a tangled mess so don't bother with
that. When RTVDIRINF is done running I suggest a few select SQL scripts.
You can run these in iNav's "Run SQL Scripts" if you don't have STRSQL. In

fact I used iNav to create and test these. Pay close attention to the
comments regarding library and file names.

CCd you because the list strips attachments.

Hint: Check out
/QIBM/UserData/OS400/MGTC/service
If you notice stuff in that follow the instructions here
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas144e50e2f33698d9286256f1700695016

to turn it off and then manually clear that directory out. Unless, of
course you have an open pmr with IBM you're working on with Management
Central.

I ran the PRTDSKINF report and found that user directories are taking

I get a report of what is in each directory?

This is probably a question for MIDRANGE-L (
