Probably the easiest, in my opinion, is to load the needed data into an
array first, before you load the dspf. The first column of the array
would be the IP address, where each quartile is forced to
%exditc(wQuartile: 'X') where wQuartile is 3/0. Once the array is
loaded, sorta on the array and then load the dspf directly from the array.


err... quartile... is that the right term? In any event, I mean each
section of the ip address. (you'll need to do each segment since any
segment can be less than 3 long. For clarity on the display, I would
consider listing the ip as 192.044.208.012 instead of 192.44.208.12/
