Until last year IBM send several of these specialists to the German Common
Conference, but because IBM is poor and has to reduce costs we have to do
the Common Conference in Germany at our own :(

doesn't make sense for a technology company to skimp on education.
Possibly the IBM execs with the cost cutting mentality ( which lines
up exactly with the desires of the border line criminal day traders )
will be moved out of the boardroom. IBM could then refocus on
increasing profits by improving their products and growing revenue.
