The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Nevermind folks....I figured I had to recreate the file...it was easier since I didn't have to worry about the data within the file - I had the user resend it.
Thanks!

Subject: Changing the Size of a Field
Happy Friday all!
I have a quick question to which the answer is currently eluding me....
We had a user FTP us a file that did not exist on our server. Thus, the system created the file and populated it with data. However, the user did not set the record length of the file and by default it created it at 512bytes. However, I need the file to be 400bytes wide. Can someone remind me how I change the file's record length to be 400bytes?
Thanks!
/b;
